Nowadays, social media is an essential pillar of communication and marketing. With over 4.8 billion people active on these platforms, or around 60% of the world's population, social networks offer an unprecedented opportunity for organizations of all sizes to connect with their target audience. Whether it's to build brand awareness, engage your community, or announce an event, a strategic presence on platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, is essential. These social platforms are a considerable asset in the development of a winning marketing strategy and enable you to stand out effectively. However, it's essential to master the various social features and strategies if you want to reach media users.

What's more, today's municipalities are facing a new and growing problem: cyberbullying. In this training course, we'll help you combat this phenomenon and provide you with best practices for dealing with it.
