Course Description
📝 Effective Client Welcoming
This short program is intended for individuals assigned to customer service and support teams. Participants will become familiar with useful vocabulary in the context of customer service. They will be guided to pronounce well and develop fluency with basic customer service phrases in their second language.
🧠 Transversal Skills
Our program not only focuses on language learning but also aims to develop essential transversal skills. You will have the opportunity to:
• Be autonomous: Develop your ability to manage your learning independently.
• Use digital tools: Integrate digital technologies to enhance your learning.
• Work in a team: Collaborate with other learners to enrich your experience.
General Objectives:
• Welcome the client: Know how to identify yourself, identify your organization, and know and use welcoming phrases.
• Listen actively: Be able to rephrase the client's words: "If I understood correctly..."
• Receive and provide information: Provide precise and clear information and be able to take a written message or convey an oral message.
• Know how to be in oral communications: Know polite phrases. Know how to use formal address and how to make polite requests. Know how to say thank you in several ways. Know how to respond to "Thank you".

It is not intended to achieve a specific level of proficiency.
ℹ️ Information to Remember
• Courses will be confirmed subject to a minimum number of participants.
• The fee for the language assessment, set at $50, will be deducted for any course registration.

🕒 Schedules
Courses are offered at different times. You will be able to choose your schedule once you have completed the assessment. A link to a form will be sent to you by email.
