Course Description
This training is offered only to members of the NB Association of Municipal Administrators as part of the Municipal Management Training Program.
The success of a continuous improvement approach requires many winning conditions. This is why it is so important that the Lean approach be well understood and well supported at each level of the organisation.
This training session for municipal managers will focus especially on implanting a continuous improvement culture and will present Lean and Six Sigma concepts and tools.
The trainer will provide three practical activities which are LeanLab tm simulation, Wastes identification and Process mapping.
